who’s who
Chew-Yeen Lawes
Chew-Yeen Lawes is a retired nurse and midwife, insured and accredited to teach Qigong (Chi Gong) & Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan), both of which she has done for 23 years.
Studies show that committed, consistent practice of Qigong & Taiji impact positively on the health & wellbeing of billions of devotees in the world. It can be practised by all age groups, all abilities, anywhere, anytime, with or without pre knowledge.
Qigong & Taijiquan exercises combine mental focus, with deliberate, graceful movements that can improve strength, agility and balance (Harvard University Taiji website).
